Since then, we have worked extensively in audio-visual productions, as well as slide and video presentations and allied services for a range of clients fromg the medical profession, academic institutions, the corporate field and the public sector, including key government departments.

Event management
We have recently expanded our services to include event management, with the aim of providing our clients with a 360 degree offering that included end to end conference management.
To this end, we have recruited Deborah McTeer, one of South Africa’s most experienced Conference Coordinators. Deborah has been in the industry for the past twenty six years and her expertise lie in the conceptualization and coordination of national and international conferences. She has been booked for future conferences extended well into 2011. Deborah’s successes include the XVIIth Congress of the International Association for Analytical Psychology (IAAP), which took place in Cape Town in August 2007 and received great local and international acclaim, being billed as the ‘most successful IAAP conference to date.’ She was also the Conference Coordinator for the 1995 and 2002 Infant Mental Health Conferences in Cape Town, which attracted many international speakers and which were hailed as landmark events.
Deborah’s extensive experience in organising high-profile national and international conferences means that she is adept at managing complex programmes that include an array of international speakers, multiple languages/translators, all-day/evening activities for a discerning group of delegates, etc. Deborah’s digital experience is also key, and she has found ways to transform dense, complicated paper-based registration forms into efficient, online processes.
