Oasys Innovations is the umbrella company for exhitions and events infrastructure, for electrical installations as well as audio visual and equipment hire. Oasys Audio Visual is capable of supporting and supplying audiovisual equipment to a wide range of events: from small corporate function or conferences, to product launches and concerts. Our experienced and dynamic team is passionate about bringing your event or exhibition to life, trough an integrated visual, sound and lighting experience. As a professional rental company we offer a wide range of products, backed by our highly trained and experienced staff. We are designed to offer a full service solution to our clients in both the private and public sector, providing the necessary infrastructure for all functions. These range in size from road shows to presentations to product launches or seminars. Our service encompasses the entire production phase, from planning, trough to the technical implementation and management of the project. Our entire service is in-house ensuring a quality and proffessional service. The team is supported by a full complement of 350 permanent staff members.

CLIENT SECTOR


Events: We have worked with both international and local artists such as Watershed, Just Jinger, Freshly Ground, Mandoza, Gang of Instrumentals and Johnny Clegg, supplying all staging, sound, lighting, video and technical support for these productions. Corprate Customers: Our corporate clients include Ford, Multichoice, Endemol Productions, Nedbank, Siemens, Sony, peugeot and MTN, among others. We provided infrastructure and support for the opening of the Monte Casino Piazza, the 2006 Springbok Rugby team announcement and the Standard Bank Soccer Experience in 2008. We offer our corporate clients a full range of professional solutions for events and exhibitions, from small seminars to product launches and gala events. Government: We offer our public sector clients, from several Government Departments trough to the office of the Presidency with a proffesional and reliable service, based on our corporate policy of good governance and compliance with all health and safety requirements.

SOUND SYSTEMS


All Oasys Audio Visual sound systems are JBL rigs. We offer the very latest Vertec line array and supply the full range of sound requirements: from front of house systems such as PA systems, to backline and monitors. We supply Shure hand-held microphones to Countryman’s headsets and lapel microphones. We also supply Soundcraft mixing and monitoring desks. Our range of sound infrastructure ensure our abillity to cater to wide range of functions, from a small conference to a concert for thousends.

LIGHTING


We offer our clients a range of automated as well as static lighting fixtures. From small stand-alone par cans to banks of hundreds, we can accommodate functions or events of any size. For ambiance, all our lighting has dimmers and is fully controllable and programmable, ensuring your event sets the right tone, whatever your specific requirements. Your corporate identity can be maintained troughout the event through inserting your corporate gobos into our lighting. Qualified lighting designers and engineers, with extensive training and years of experience in the field will assist organisers in planning and executing a flawless event or exhibition. Our team of experts is able to rig lighting in any venue or roof, from the simple through to complex arches.

STAGING


Our in-house staging division is capable of designing and building stages of various shapes and sizes. We designed and built stages for catwalks at fashion shows, podiums and stages for presentations, as well as staging for conference entertainment and for concerts catering to thousends of fans. These include a fully automated outdoor stage roof, ensuring your event will proceed despite the weather. We have also successfully designed and built glass stages, which can be lit from below to provide an edge or creative touch to your event. These stages are capable of supporting up to 800kgs per square meter and conferm to safety guidelines.

RIGGING


We have various shapes and forms of certified rigging, trussing and electric motors. Our team is involved from the design process trough to its execution, and this enables us to ensure our trussing conforms to the initial designe for staging and lighting, providing our clients and their customers with ultimate experience. On site, we observe stringent safety guidelines and our team ensures the safety of all other support staff at all times, during the build-up and breakdown phases of an exhibition or event. Oasys Audio Visual also has our own in-house cherry picker to ensure professional on site delivery and installation.

VIDEO


Oasys Audio Visual has the largest range of Sony LCD Screens. We cater from a small 21’ LCD to a 6m x 4.5m trussing big screen. We have a wide range of projectors and video controlling equipment.

Ouor reputation is of vital importance to all Oasys Audio Visual staff. Our industry ‘s motto is “You are only as good as your last show” and so we strive for excellence on every project. Our passion, experience and attention to detail are critical to our success. All our staff are professionals and full time employees of oasys Audio Visual. We do not employ casual staff, who may lack the requisite technical and safety backgrounds. Our equipment is owned by Oasys and is rigorously maintained in-house. In addition all our equipment undergoes an annual safety inspection by an independent industry regulating authority. Our clients can rely on our staff and equipment at every function, no matter the size or requirements of the project.
